At The Equity Alliance (TEA), we are unapologetic about building independent Black political and economic power. We believe that lasting change happens when Black communities have the tools, knowledge, and influence to determine our own future. Through grassroots organizing, voter empowerment, leadership development, and issue advocacy, we are shaping a Tennessee where Black voices are heard, valued, and represented.
Our Voter Engagement Hubs serve as community-based centers focused on increasing voter registration, education, and turnout. These hubs provide resources and support to ensure that Black voters are informed and empowered to participate in every election.

The Equity Alliance along with, The League of Women Voters of Tennessee, Tennessee State Conference of the NAACP, the Memphis A. Randolph Institute, African American Clergy Collective of Tennessee have filed a federal lawsuit to block racially discriminatory Tennessee redistricting.
